Winter 2010 Beer Dinner

Wednesday, Dec 15th 2010, 6PM

A six-course tasting menu featuring the beer of Brau Brothers paired with plates from The chefs at The Red Avocado. We have served their beers for years now and this menu shows off the range of the Brau label.

Music through the dinner will be provided by local guitar hero Dustin Busch, and each course will be introduced by David Burt, co-owner of The Red Avocado.

From the delicate and light Strawberry Wheat to the bold lip-smacking bite of the hops in the Sheephead IPA (at 7.7%!) flavors are balanced and wide ranging. This allows us to create a very creative and wide ranging menu.

The Brau Brothers grow 11 varieties of hops and many of the grains used in the beer. Organic and sustainable farming practices are used. As of now the beers are vegan.

Now Mercury is retrograde so book early. What better time to loosen the clutch and let go into what promises to be a fantastic sensual experience.
